Bacchus Marsh Soccer Club AGM
Dear Parents, Players and Supporters
The AGM was advertised last week in the Moorabool News, with the following details.
AGM meeting details, 7pm on 16th November at Darley Primary School Gym , Nelson St Darley.
Our club really needs your support and participation at this meeting to start our on our way into Season 2012.

Keeping in Touch
As sad as it is, we are approaching the start of the Soccer season, and would like to see as many players return next year.
Over the past few months there have been emails going out from our dedicated email address to keep you informed of day to day happenings.
BUT UNFORTUNATELY not all club members have supplied a contact email address.
SO if you would like to be kept informed please send an email to
It would help to know the players name and the team they played in this year, and if they are intending playing in 2012.
We are intending to keep you up to date, and this contact will help us better plan for our success in 2012 !!

Outstanding Soccer Fees
Players and families
With apologies to those not affected by this,
There are a number of players who's subs are not yet fully paid.
Could players with outstanding fees please make final payments as soon as possible.
Fees for 2011 are Junior Teams [U17 & U13's & U10's] - $250
SSG [Under 9s ] - $150
Either Lyn Whyte or I are usually available at training to accept or cheques and issue receipts.
Lyn will be available 5:30 to 6:30, I will be at Masons Lane from 6:15 - 7:30 p.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Our Club History
2008 Our club was formed and we fielded 3 teams in the Football Federation Victoria leagues, plus ran a small sided games program for younger players. 2009 6 teams registered with Football Federation Victoria league - U16 Male, U16 Female, U14 mixed, U13 mixed, U12 mixed, SSG U10 - plus small sided games program for younger players.
Our Goals:
Our goal is to enter senior teams in the competitions as well as women's teams of all ages. We need community and player support!
Bacchus Marsh Soccer Club Inc. welcomes and encourages new members. Members are entitled to vote at all AGM's and Special Meetings, and ultimately direct where the club is heading and who serves on the committee. Make your vote count if you want to support the club and become a member.
Sponsors are vital to the club, and we are now calling for sponsors to take out a sponsorship package. Please go to our Sponsors section.
